Cancellation / Refund Policy

Cancellation / Return Policy
We guarantee that all products sold on our website are new, unused and come with full manufacturer warranty. Our packaging norms and quality checks before dispatch eliminates transit damages and wrong dispatches in nearly all dispatched items. We have designed our return policy to ensure customers have a hassle free shopping experience on our website. Kindly take note of the following terms and conditions that govern returns / cancellation for orders placed on our website. 
    • The customer can place a cancellation request for any order as long as the order status is not yet changed to shipped. Once shipped, we do not process a refund / return request, unless the customer is delivered a damaged / defective / wrong item.
    • The User shall ensure that he/she does not accept the delivery of any Product whose original packaging is damaged or tampered in any manner.
    • All return / replacement claims must be placed within 48 hours of the item getting delivered to the User
    • The customer is advised to video record the unboxing of the order, which makes approvals for returns / replacements easier & faster. This would help us improve our packaging and also eliminate courier partner frauds.
    • All free gifts, in original packing as delivered and unused condition, must be returned along with the Product in case of cancellation of order of the Product with which the free gift(s) is/are given.
    • Once the return / replacement request is approved, return pickup will be scheduled and details will be shared with the customer.
    • In case a customer approaches after 15 days of delivery of the Product or after demo/installation of the Product as the case may be, such defects will be serviced by the respective manufacturer/brand in accordance with respective manufacturers warranty terms.
    • All returns process will be completed within 3-8 days of delivery. Customer refunds are processed only after receipt of item at our warehouse.
    • Rajtronics reserves to right to reject the returned item in all / any of the below cases - 
      • Item returned with missing accessories and / or warranty card
      • Item returned with damages due to poor packaging
      • Item appeared used and manhandled
      • Fraudulent returns
    • In case of rejection of returned item, the customer bear the cost for reshipping item back to customer address. No refund shall be processed.

Damaged / Defective Products

    • Place a request for cancellation by emailing us on ecommerce@rajtronics.com or via WhatsApp on +91 9538890022. The customer can also place a cancel request by logging into his / her account on the website and placing a return request.
    • Send 4-5 high resolution images / video of the damages / defective item received.
    • The customer has to ensure that the item is packed again neatly with all accessories and warranty card intact.

Wrong Item Dispatched

    • Place a request for cancellation by emailing us on ecommerce@rajtronics.com or via WhatsApp on +91 9538890022. The customer can also place a cancel request by logging into his / her account on the website and placing a return request.
    • Send images / video of the damages or wrong item received.
    • The customer has to ensure that the item is packed again neatly with all accessories and warranty card intact.

Cancellation of Order before Dispatch of Products by the Company
  • The Company hereby informs User that User’s receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify the Company’s acceptance of User’s order, nor does it constitute confirmation of the Company’s offer to sell. The Company reserves the right at any time after receipt of Users order to accept or decline User’s order for any reason. The Company further reserves the right any time after receipt of the order, to supply less than the quantity ordered by the User. Company will inform the User about its decision to supply the products in quantity less than the quantity ordered. User then in its discretion may or may not agree to such modified quantity. User’s order will be deemed accepted by the Company upon shipment of products or performance of services that User has ordered as indicated by the Company’s servers. Title to goods and all risk of loss passes to User upon delivery to the User. The Company may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.
  • The Company shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for Products listed at an erroneous price, rebate or refund, or containing any other incorrect information or typographical errors. The Company shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and Users credit/ debit/ cash card charged. If Users credit/ debit/ cash card has already been charged for the purchase and Users order is cancelled, the Company shall immediately issue a credit to Users credit/ debit/ cash card account for the amount of the charge.
  • User shall be entitled to cancel an order of any Product, booked on the Website, by placing a "Cancel Order" request, by
  • "Cancel Order" can be initiated any time after booking of order but before status of order changes into "delivered" on the Website.


Refund Policy

  • As standard practice,, the company shall not offer any refunds for returns, unless agreed otherwise.
  • Any eligible refund will be initiated by the Company for credit into the same account from where the payment was made by User, within seven (7) working days of receipt of Request for Cancellation of Order, in case of Cancellation before delivery of the Products, or within 7 (Seven) working days after the item is received at our warehouse, in case of Cancellation of Order after delivery of the Product(s). However, it will be credited to Users bank /credit card/debit card account within such time as taken by banking channels to process refund transaction. The Company shall not be liable for any charges levied by the bank for processing of the refund transaction and the same will solely be borne by the User.


The aforesaid terms and conditions in respect to refund by the Company shall be referred to "Refund Policy."
